Investors who have a grievance against the Research Analyst can lodge a complaint by following the steps below:
- Write directly to HOLDwithPriyank@gmail.com with full details of the grievance.
- If not satisfied with the response, escalate to SEBI's SCORES portal.
- For unresolved disputes, invoke ODR through the Smart ODR portal.

02Information Required When Filing
To enable faster resolution, please include the following in your complaint:
- Full name and registered email address used for subscription
- Date of subscription / engagement
- Nature of grievance with clear description
- Any relevant documents, screenshots, or communication records
- Preferred mode and time for follow-up communication
03Resolution Timeline
The Research Analyst is required to acknowledge and respond to grievances within the timelines prescribed by SEBI. Every effort will be made to resolve complaints within 30 days of receipt.
If you have not received a satisfactory response within this period, you may escalate to SEBI directly via SCORES.
04SCORES — SEBI Complaints Redressal System
SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redress System) is a centralized web-based complaints redressal system. SEBI takes up complaints registered via SCORES with the concerned intermediary for timely redressal. SCORES also facilitates tracking the status of the complaint.
